Goal of the Winter Staff Volunteer Program

The Winter Staff Volunteer Program was established in 2001, recognizing the great value of teamwork among the Sisters and young adults who live out the same Christian values. The purpose of the Winter Staff Program is to develop leadership skills within young adults and to provide opportunities for them to give witness to Christ's presence in their lives. They support various aspects of the retreats and work with the Sisters to foster an atmosphere that (invites each individual to enter the presence of the living God and to experience His merciful love.
